Quarantine has given everyone enough time to reflect, understand and learn their newly discovered skills during this pandemic which probably is a blessing in disguise. And due to this, I found out that I can start a blog myself, writing about my experiences get adjusted to the new abnormal!
Such ideas to a teenager would only spark at 2 a.m, whereas I came up with this 15 minutes after I woke up.
Yes, I’m a teenager and I have conversations with my friends where we tell each other how much we want this to end even though we have absolutely no idea when we’re going to see each other next! At least not anytime soon:(
Speaking of late night enthusiasm, I had thought one myself:- room makeover. Scrolling through Pinterest and saving ideas to numerous boards, I had the perfect room in mind. But the first step towards a makeover is cleaning. I was quite reluctant about that but finally convinced myself to do so. I made a huge checklist of how many things to clean, throw and organise and two weeks later I am the 14-year old Marie Kondo with 3/4th of the list checked off.
My friends know me to be a person with OCD in terms of organising (like Monica from F.R.I.E.N.D.S.) but my parents disagree saying that I’m quite messy (which might be somewhat true). And if you’re wondering, I haven’t yet completed the cleaning!
So here I am with my decent writing skills, never-ending hope and end number of stories to tell, signing off...

ReplyDeleteI like the title to begin with, a capability of a creative ‘lateral thinking’. It is indeed a new beginning and very refreshing to see our ‘kiddo’ take up the pen and so fluidly express herself. Effortlessness noted. Very good. Keep it up. Blessings.
