This lock down has been rather great, except for the fact that I couldn't go out and meet my friends. But let's face it, haven't we all found a new hobby or maybe started doing something productive which we never thought we'll like? My family has been very productive, and that includes my grandma starting the TV exactly 10 seconds before Mahabharata starts. My mom, who rarely cooked, has become the next master chef. In the last few days, my house has become a restaurant with different types of cuisine everyday. We have had Maharashtrian, Punjabi, Italian Continental and even chaat. Although the one thing that came free with the cooking was my mom's exceptionally lame jokes! Trust me, you do not want to hear those jokes. ![]() When it comes to me, I have been obsessed with n number of things. Some of them being, room makeover, baking and the most recent one, my long lost love for lettering! Although all of those obsessions only last for a short period of time. ![]() ![]() Me and my friends decided to do it but who knew it would take us 72 hours (you do the math!). Yes, it took a group of 11 friends 3 whole days to make a 1 minute video. Imagine the level of frustration on the group! It started with the shooting where I dressed up and did a full face makeup just for the 6 seconds of the video. Now since I had dressed up, I had to make it worth, so I decided to become India's Next Top Model and did a photo shoot of myself in my balcony where it was 35°C but it seemed almost 50°C. There is more to my quarantine stories but that is a story for another time! |
